CornerStone Recruitment have helped Villa Maria since August 2009, supplying casual staff working as process workers on the bottling line.

The casual staff have been responsible for the following tasks:
- Ensure a very good attendance at work
- Comply with all the H&S requirements
- Stacking the pallets on the right configuration, checking to ensure the correct packaging is used, the pallets are counted and labeled correctly and recorded accurately.
- Perform and maintain cleaning around the working stations
- Perform any other duties as required by the supervisor
They’ve managed to perform these duties with excellent results, proving to be very well recruited and trained.

Electrix has succeeded in winning numerous major contracts which resulted in the expansion of our workforce. Due to the nature of the construction business we decided to take on temporary contractors for some of the projects. Just a quick note to say how happy we are with the appointment of David Linton. David was recommended to us by Glynis to fill our Forklift Instructors role, as this is a completely hard role to find the correct person, we were a little suspect of anyone finding exactly what we were looking for and to be able to meet our high expectations.
